Hello.
I’d like to apologise for my distinct lack of blogging of late but my absence is for good reason.
As, I hope, everyone will have noticed by now the General Election campaign proper is underway and that means I am spending a great deal of my free time on the campaign for Rachel Reeves in Leeds West – and sometimes for Jamie Hanley neighbouring constituency Pudsey (which is Tory target seat 98 I believe). I’m pleased to say that we seem to be getting some very positive feedback in both areas and things are looking good. Still no leaflets to my home from any other party, that’s 4-0 to Labour – shows how much the Tories and Lib Dems care I suppose.
This is one of the leaflets we delivered in the sun on Saturday afternoon which a resident has uploaded to thestraightchoice. I think it’s rather good, if I do say so myself:

Hopefully I will manage to get on and blog more during the campaign, for now I will say good luck to all Labour MPs, PPCs and activists in their own campaigns. Let’s go out and win a Labour 4th term for the people of Britain!
